Like most projects NDC undertakes, this property was under-utilized in the community and a solution needed to be created to assist with living and commercial space in the area. Sevastopol Station is named after the former town site, which was annexed by the City of Des Moines. Sevastopol Station has 12 apartments upstairs and multiple commercial spaces on the main floor. Sevastopol Station is located only 4 minutes from downtown Des Moines, IA.
