Discovery
Every project we take on starts with a comprehensive discovery process. We collaborate with city planners, government officials and key stakeholders in the community to identify what projects will yield the greatest value for the underserved communities we focus on.

Development Strategy
After we have selected a project for development, we craft a development strategy guided first, by the principle needs of the community and neighborhoods we are serving and second, guided by the budget established during the discovery process.
